Terms and Conditions

Hexpair is a logic puzzle game. You may use the app to play puzzles, track your progress, and take part in the daily challenge for personal use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it, including its puzzles
• Attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app and its puzzle content remain the property of Inncoder AS.

Hexpair is free to download with a set of free levels in each board size. An optional one-time Pro purchase unlocks every level. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.

The free version may let you watch an optional rewarded ad to unlock additional levels. Watching an ad is always your choice. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region and over time.

The daily challenge is delivered from a server operated by Inncoder AS and requires an internet connection. Each daily puzzle allows a single attempt. Solve times may be submitted to Apple Game Center leaderboards if you are signed in.

You agree not to manipulate leaderboards, including by tampering with the app, the device clock, or network traffic. We may remove scores that appear to be obtained unfairly and may disable leaderboard access for accounts that do so.

Hexpair stores your progress on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your progress syncs across your devices via Apple iCloud and may be included in iCloud Backup. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We recommend not jailbreaking your device, as this may compromise security features and prevent the app from working correctly.

Ladder levels work offline. An internet connection is required for the daily challenge, Game Center, ads, and purchase validation. Inncoder AS is not responsible for the app not functioning fully if you do not have access to a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• RevenueCat

Inncoder AS is committed to providing a useful and reliable app. However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inncoder AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available for iPhone and iPad and may require a minimum operating system version. You agree to accept updates to the app when offered.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

We may also discontinue the app or any features, including the daily challenge, at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, to the extent permitted by applicable local law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Norway.
