The Rules
Two rules. That's all.
The board is split into regions. Shade tiles so that:

Every region gets exactly two.
Not one, not three. Two shaded tiles in every region on the board.

Every tile touches exactly one other.
So shaded tiles always form pairs. Pairs can cross region borders, but two pairs can never touch side by side.
