By downloading or using the ChefPerfect app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. All intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of Inncoder AS.
Inncoder AS strives to keep the app functional and up-to-date. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or to charge for its features at any time. We will clearly communicate any pricing changes.
The ChefPerfect app may process image and text data you provide, in order to generate cooking timers and recommendations. We do not require personal accounts. You are responsible for securing your own device and internet connection while using the app.
ChefPerfect uses third-party AI services to process food photos and generate cooking guidance. By using the app, you agree that any images or text input may be processed temporarily and solely for the purpose of providing you with cooking recommendations. No personal account is required, and we do not store your photo data after processing. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to upload images that contain nudity, violence, or any content unrelated to cooking. Misuse of the app may result in removal or suspension of access.
We strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can compromise the app’s security and functionality.

Please ensure you have an active internet connection while using the app. You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred. Inncoder AS cannot be held liable for functionality issues caused by lack of internet access or insufficient device storage or power.
ChefPerfect provides AI-powered cooking guidance. While we strive to be accurate, we cannot guarantee perfect cooking outcomes. Always follow food safety guidelines. Inncoder AS is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on the app’s cooking instructions or timer functionality.
We may release updates to the app. You agree to install updates when available to ensure continued functionality. If we discontinue the app, your right to use it will end, and you must delete it from your device.
